Conditions for Refunds: Customers are eligible for a refund only if they have paid for 90 days upfront of the Essentials plan and received zero meetings after following the Storm X systems.

Refund Request Time Limit: Refund requests must be made within 30 days after the completion of the 90-day plan.

Non-Refundable Items/Services: All other services and items are non-refundable.

Restocking Fees/Other Charges: There are no restocking fees or other charges for refunds.

Delivery Policy

Timeline of deliverables: Storm X Capital LLC agrees to provide the agreed upon deliverables within the first 30 days of agreement given Customer is responsive and complete required tasks.

Return Policy

Conditions for Returns: Customers can return the system if, after paying for 90 days, they do not receive a single meeting from investors after following specific Storm X instructions.

Return Request Time Limit: Returns must be initiated within 30 days after the completion of the 90-day period.

Non-Returnable Items/Services: All other items and services cannot be returned.

Return Request Process: Customers must email [email protected] to initiate a return.

Return Shipping Costs: Not applicable as there are no costs associated with returns.

Restocking Fees/Other Charges: There are no restocking fees or other charges for returns.

Cancellation Policy

Conditions for Cancellation: Customers can cancel their subscription at any time with a 30-day notice. This notice period is required as we continuously collect contacts for our clients.

Cancellation Fees/Penalties: There are no penalties or fees for cancellations.

Cancellation Process: Customers must email a team member at [email protected] to cancel their subscription.

Non-Cancellable Items/Services: There are no non-cancellable items or services.

Time Limit to Avoid Charges: Cancellations must be made within 20 days of the next payment cycle to avoid charges.
