The mission of Vertimass is to develop and widely license breakthrough technologies that substantially expand production of sustainable transportation fuels and chemicals that reduce greenhouse gas emissions and improve energy security and domestic economies. Commercialization of proprietary Vertimass technology can overcome the blend wall that currently impedes expansion of ethanol production from multiple sources of biomass and open up large new markets for aircraft and heavy-duty vehicle fuels and for chemicals not currently amenable to ethanol.
The Challenge:
Vertimass was already an operational company when they decided to partner with us. They had successfully secured more than $10,000,000 in funding from their internal investor group, but still required assistance to further their fundraising efforts. Unlike many situations, StormX didn’t need to provide any guidance to the Vertimass team concerning their investor pitch or presentation deck. With a consistent influx of more than seven investors scheduling calls with Vertimass’s investment team, we had a robust engagement. The Vertimass team effectively utilized the StormX platform’s built-in dialer pad system for follow-up calls and leveraged the email workflow feature to diversify their modes of communication.
